Presenting the Earth Song Exhibition...
We each hold a portion of heritage in our time, belonging to this beautiful planet earth.
Earth is not silent, it's music, rhythm and sound are found at every level of existence, large and small, within this biosphere, when we pause to hear, we can find that we are naturally a part of this complex rhythm.
Earth sustains us and all rhythms of life here, when we realise the fragility and strength of the song that is being made, and when we have heard the once-seeming disconnected sounds of natural life become a connected collection, like the bird song in the morning, we have heard and realised the living Earth Song, and we can then become it.
Earth Song Exhibition has been created on behalf of all cultures around the planet, and seeks to include anyone who wants to explore the world of sound. We have traveled the globe with hundreds of instruments originating from many tribes and indigenous societies, many of which are specific mirrors of interpretation of sound from Earth itself- people naturally want to emphasise this relationship, to tap, hum and beat along, with the sounds of nature and our own natural inner rhythms.
It is our goal to embody and explore this ancient and worldwide journey which belongs without doubt in the hearts of all humans who have ever and will ever walk this earth.
